Progress Reports

HUD requires OHCS to file Quarterly Progress Reports (QPRs). The first five QPRs are posted below.

Quarter 2, 2023: Quarterly Progress Report
Quarter 3, 2023: Quarterly Progress Report
Quarter 4, 2023: Quarterly Progress Report
Quarter 1, 2024: Quarterly Progress Report
Quarter 2, 2024: Quarterly Progress Report

Applicants and program participants can now download a dashboard of current HARP intake statistics, which are separated into two primary content areas: eligible questionnaires and applications submitted.
